We operate on the Plan, Execute, Control and Feedback (PECF) methodology to guide the successful completion of a project. (Figure 1)
During the planning phase, we identify objectives, meet with stakeholders and develop risk assessment and communication strategies. Once plan is accepted, we execute tasks and allocate resources to achieve stated goals, provide stakeholder management, implement quality assurance processes and provide documentation of each step of the way.
We monitor progress and track project activities against schedules and stated milestones during the control phase. We evaluate and report KPIs, provide continuous risk management assessments and manage any changes to the project’s scope, schedule or resources and rectify those conflicts quickly. Finally, we listen to feedback from stakeholders during a thorough review of the project’s successes, achievements and challenges. We then provide documentation of those lessons learned to stakeholders and continuously improve processes and refine the project based on those findings.
