Sarah Mirza
Sarah Mirza is the President of Assurety Consulting & Solutions Inc. and took over the President role in late 2014 to focus on building systems, processes, and bringing maturity to the corporate office with revenue growth, HR improvements, contracts management, and marketing processes and initiatives. She possesses a BS in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics degree. Her offsite passion is family and traveling.
CEO & FOUNDER
Shariq Mirza
Shariq Mirza founded the company in December 2003 with a vision to become a global leader in the Postal Logistics industry. Shariq is considered a thought leader and subject matter expert within the Postal Logistics industry. He brings over 25 years of leadership, management, and thought leadership experience. His background is systems engineering, big data architecture, very large enterprise development, SAN design, and predictive analytics.

Tariq Mirza
Tariq Mirza joined Assurety Consulting & Solutions Inc. in 2007 to lead the USPS account, and as Assurety’s consulting, COTS solutions, and custom development practice expanded, Tariq expanded his responsibilities across the three focus areas. He currently leads all Consulting and Custom Development-related activities for the Postal Supply Chain. He works with the VP of Products and Custom Development, Director of Sales, and Director of QA to deliver results-driven consulting and effective IT solutions.

Rex Bull
Rex Bull joined Assurety in 2015. He brings a broad executive marketing background with more than 20 years of experience across the globe in the telecommunications & high-tech industries. Through Rex’s career, he has gained significant experience in market strategy, product positioning, marketing mix optimization, lead generation, & product management. Rex’s focus is to help shape Assurety’s products & services to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly changing postal logistics ecosystem. Rex holds a BCS & an MBA degree.
Director, Business Development
Joe Bailey
Joe Bailey is the Director, Business Development and leads Assurety’s efforts to expand the adoption of it’s software solutions by mailing service providers and mail owners in the commercial mailing industry. He has more than 30 years of experience providing mailers with innovative software solutions and exceptional support services. Having co-founded Monticello Software in 1995 and served as its President and CEO for more than 17 years, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company’s management team, particularly with regard to its AIMSPus™ post-presort software platform.
