Introduction: This collection of dashboards is built around informed delivery program of USPS and provides mailers and their customers insights into effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

Brief: One of the measures to calculate the effectiveness of an executed marketing campaign using informed delivery program is reach of digital content to the consumer. The proportion of users registered for the program; i.e. those who are sent the informed delivery email, How many receivers opened the email and after opening it how many clicked on the digital content (image or link) and visited the brand’s website or availed a promotion. Different filters such as mailer ID, Campaign ID or Brand Name etc. are available to slice and dice the data further to support decision making.

This break up is then compared geographically and you can also compare different campaigns as a mailer or a brand to see how the digital platform is contributing in effectiveness of the campaign.

  • Introduction: Providing visibility to status and location of the mail is vital as it tells all parties (i.e. Postal service, Mailer and consumer) if the mail is on track and will be received before or on-time or not. With our advance analytics capability the system shall alert the user if any corrective measures are required for a particular job in order to ensure the mail is received on-time.Brief: Utilizing the data from USPS’s IV-MTR and Assurety’s proprietary Shipment Assurety, we can predict whether the mail even in the preparation stage is on track to be received on-time or not.
