Esther has been with Assurety a total of nine years, including a break to follow her dream to serve in the US military.

“Joining the military was always something I wanted to do, and Tariq and Shariq were supportive of my personal goals. There wasn’t any stress about whether or not I’d have a job when I came back from my military training,” she said. “Assurety was and continues to be accommodating with my military schedule.”

She’s accomplished a lot in her time at Assurety and continues to grow.

“I’ve grown into a number of different positions,” she said.  “I came in as a mid-level analyst on one project, but eventually became the lead of the project after learning the project intricacies and continuously having a growth mindset. After my military training I’m on a different project now, that focuses on one primary service that will allow me to further grow in that area” she said.

The relaxed, family-focused environment is also important to Esther.

“It feels like a family. They really do care, not just that you’re developing professionally, but also your home life. Shariq and Tariq are like two more older brothers. We don’t just talk about work. They ask about what outside goals I want to accomplish. They ask and know about my family. I know about their kids, etc. It’s not all business,” she said.
