Hope is relatively new to the Assurety team, but the welcome she received made an immediate impression.
“From day one I truly felt like I belonged here. The people are genuinely supportive, the kind of colleagues who take the time to help you grow, answer your questions, and make you feel valued. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it didn’t take long for me to notice it,” she said.
The collaborative culture stood out to her early on.
“The culture here is collaborative and warm, and it’s clear that everyone is invested, not just in the work, but in each other and in the team as a whole. People genuinely show up for one another, and that kind of support makes a real difference, especially when you’re still finding your footing in a new role,” she said.
Looking ahead, Hope is optimistic about what’s next.
“I’m so glad I found my way to Assurety, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. Every day I’m learning something new, and I look forward to growing alongside this team,” she said.

When Bernie was looking to make a career move, several colleagues pointed him toward Assurety.
“I knew the name but didn’t know the players. I talked to peers and mentors, and they all recommended Assurety. They said the management team was well-respected and well-known in the industry,” he said.
Bernie came with more than 20 years of corporate experience but was unsure how he would adapt to a position at a consulting firm.
“I was a little nervous to try a new role. But it was an easy fit. They give you the tools to do what you do best,” he said.
The team atmosphere was a welcome change from typical corporate culture.
“We all have opinions and come from different backgrounds. Everyone is heard, and every thought is considered. It’s refreshing. Coming from the corporate world, it’s top down. But here it’s a collaborative environment,” he said.
Over two years at Assurety, Bernie has become an important asset to his team and continues to grow.
“At Assurety there’s room for growth, both personal and professional, and the company encourages that. They encourage learning and making yourself a better person,” he said.

Aisha values the close-knit culture at Assurety and the chance to connect with colleagues across the company.
“Assurety is a small company, so everybody knows everybody. It feels like a family. I’ve been on the same team the whole time I’ve worked here, but I occasionally work with other teams on their projects. We have different backgrounds, experiences, and expertise, but we collaborate as a team and across teams,” she said.
Professional development here is a real priority, not just a talking point.
“There’s a big push to learn and implement design thinking. Some employers worry you might leave if they invest too much in your training, but Assurety isn’t afraid to provide you the resources to reach your full potential. They want to keep you, and they show it,” she said.
She also values the depth of knowledge at the leadership level.
“The principals have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. I love to pick their brains because they know so much about mailing. And we are all still learning,” she said.

Walter worked for a similar-sized IT company before joining Assurety. He is always excited to learn more and earn additional certifications to further his career. Assurety encourages all employees to take advantage of internal and external educational opportunities.
“Assurety has great training programs. I subscribed to a one-year program to study data science with SAS and earned a data science certificate. They also have multiple programs in learning that they do every month, which has helped immensely with my growth,” he said.
Walter was accustomed to working at a smaller firm but prefers Assurety’s team atmosphere.
“At Assurety I have more personal interaction with the team then I did in my previous job. It’s more fun. And I have direct contact with management. That helps to get issues resolved much quicker,” he said.
Walter also mentioned the companies benefits, and their inclusive culture in his comments about his overall experience.
“Assurety has great benefits, and annual vacation that they provide workers and their families. It creates a family environment and makes work more fun. The training programs help boost your career goals, especially if you’re coming in with 5 years or less experience in the field,” he said.
Walter also offered a little advice for potential applicants: take that chance today.
“Our hiring process is not combative. It focuses on skills, We look for the best candidate based on skills, not complicated metrics that some companies use. We focus on natural skills and the ability to think as a team player,” he said.
