You Are:
A dedicated team leader who enjoys overseeing a program/project from planning to deliverables. A coach and mentor who will encourage constant improvement from their team. A technical program manager and account manager with a track record of successfully developing strong relationships and successfully managing complex, cross-discipline projects. Someone who successfully implements how can we succeed strategy for their employer and clients.
The Work:
Define project scope, including: account management, project management, process implementations, people management, business development, schedules, requirements, test plans and execution, communication, team and customer onboarding, and integration management.
Provide customer input in both technical and business terms.
Lead solutioning activities in conjunction with Assurety’s team to help clients address current and future problems.
Creation and direction of end-to-end project plan to include activities, dependencies, timing and ownership.
Drive unified internal messaging and deliver quality feedback to the teams responsible for deliverables that may include requirements documents, QA plans and processes, and user group communication materials.
Provide actionable detail on future obligations to the requirements management team, design team, guides and communications team, QA team, customer onboarding team.
Present program status and issues to customer and company management both as needed and in scheduled status meetings.
Internal and external coaching on SDLC, business processes, templates and systems.
Work with project managers, project leads and customers to refine planning and communication of deliverables.
