Assurety Consulting & Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Technical requirements and QA analyst with extensive customer service and support experience. Must have business analysis, QA and Software Engineering/SQL Development Background. You will be part of a technical team responsible for technical analysis, technical design, technical and business requirements management and testing.

The key job is to develop both business and technical requirements, must be able to help with functional and technical design activities and must have past experience as a problem solver and technical hands-on engineer, develop QA plans, write scripts, execute scripts and provide reports. Majority of the task is around requirements. The resource must also be able to write requirements for future releases and help with updating the guides and PowerPoints used for communicating the programs status and progress. Must possess excellent customer service and customer management skills.
