Small but continous improvements in everything an employee, an organization, and enterprise does. We believe in Kaizen and its true benefits to our own organization and to our customers in delivering the best results time after time.
The whole concept of operational excellence comes from continous process improvement philosophy used by many Japanese companies in the 80s and 90s and now used by companies all over the world. We have managed projects at CMMI level 3 and believe to the core that process is a necessity for any large project and organization and that process improvement and QA only lower overall costs at the end of the day.
