The FeedbackAssurety™ Intelligent Mail / Full Service mailing solution, part of the IMAssurety™ suite of solutions, is the future platform for all communication with the USPS available now. Most eCommerce already occurs via XML and mailing industry is slowly and gradually moving towards that medium.
FeedbackAssurety™ will eventually allow you to fix your address data (currently it automates receiving of the data), improve business processes through data quality feedback on all aspects of your Intelligent Mail / Full Service mailing; and will allow you to confirm service performance of your mail delivery by the USPS.
FeedbackAssurety™ is designed to get the Intelligent Mail / Full Service ACS® COA and Intelligent Mail / Full Service ACS® Nixie data for every mailing and make it available for data cleanup to the customers.
USPS® is providing extensive value to First Class and Periodicals mailers by providing the ACS® COA and ACS® Nixie data to the Mailers through the USPS PostalOne! system utilizing the IDEAlliance Mail.XML specification. The USPS will start charging customers if the address data is not fixed after a certain time-period. So, this Intelligent Mail / Full Service FeedbackAssurety ™ solution will help you avoid costs of surcharges, make sure your addresses are up to date and your mail is reaching the desired end customer on time.
Data Subscription for Mail Owners
FeedbackAssurety™ will provide the capability to schedule periodic downloads of your Intelligent Mail / Full Service ACS COA, Intelligent Mail / Full Service ACS Nixie, Start-the-Clock, Container Induction Scan and mail verification quality data by a mailing/Job id.
Mail owners that do not have mailing Job ID information can use the PUSH subscription model. They can register with the USPS and subscribe to their Intelligent Mail / Full Service data and FeedbackAssurety will recieve the data from the USPS whenever the data is ready.
